UV curing makes the profile surface high lusture & high hardness. UV Curing System is designed and available in different wattage options depending upon the product to be cured.

UV System is designed under complete technical supervision, there is air circle caused by the blower in the chamber. It is equipped with efficiently cooling methods that extends the life of UV lamps and can work under high temperature. UV system is safely designed.

Also, UV radiation shield is provided at entrance and exit to avoid leaking of UV light.

UV-ultraviolet ray cure the print and sensitive coating on the surface of various materials illuminated through UV light of wavelength 200-400mm as per requirement.

• METHOD:UV curing system connects after coating machine. After coating the profile or any product directly pass through that cure and dried promptly and the surface becomes smooth & beautiful.
• APPLICATIONS:Versatile applications such as PVC door profile, window, wall board, foam board, veneer board, ceiling panel , wall panel, plastic brick, wood, paper coating, plywood, WPC, ACP sheet, Edgeband spot, matt and glossy laminate etc.
• UV system is available in various options i.e. one UV lamp, two UV lamps and three UV lamps with or without IR lamps.
